For the wings:

2 lbs (900g) chicken wings (split, tips removed)

For the Alfredo sauce:

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)

1. Prepare the wings:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat wings dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp up).

In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

2. Make the Alfredo sauce:

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
