Alfredo Chicken Wings Recipe

🧈 Ingredients

For the wings:

  • 2 lbs (900g) chicken wings (split, tips removed)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Alfredo sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup cream cheese (optional for extra creaminess)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the wings:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Pat wings dry with paper towels (this helps them crisp up).

  • In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Arrange on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

(💡 Optional: For extra crispiness, air fry at 390°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.)

2. Make the Alfredo sauce:

  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cream cheese (if using).

  • Whisk until smooth and creamy.

  • Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Combine & serve:

  • Add baked wings to the skillet or a large bowl.

  • Pour warm Alfredo sauce over them and toss gently to coat.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.

🧄 Tips

  • Add crushed red pepper for a spicy kick.

  • For smoky flavor, grill the wings before tossing in sauce.

  • Serve with garlic bread, pasta, or a fresh salad.
