🍯 Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs (1–1.5 kg) pork loin

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ÂĽ cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

  • Fresh green onions or parsley for garnish

🍲 Instructions

  1. Place pork loin in your slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. Mix the sauce: In a bowl, combine pineapple (with juice), brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Pour the mixture over the pork loin, making sure it’s well coated.

  4. Cover and cook:

    • On LOW for 6–8 hours, or
