2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tbsp fresh grated)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

🍲 Instructions

Place pork loin in your slow cooker and season lightly with salt and pepper.
